Helping with some Household Repairs

Here is their story:  Someone installed the garbage disposal 5 years ago but did not understand the electrical part so she was not able to use it for those 5 years.  The Dishwasher drains through the garbage disposal so it got plugged.  The Shower needed the downspout replaced as the lever you pull up to divert to the shower was frozen.  She said she was not able to use it for several years.  We also helped her set up an air purifier she bought but did not understand how to put in the filters.  She was very thankful.
